This registry is a living record of my greenhouse and the orchids I care for every day.
You’ll notice that many of the orchids here—especially the Phalaenopsis—don’t have formal names. These are often 'rescue' plants or beautiful finds from local nurseries that arrived without a birth certificate. In the orchid world, unless a plant comes with a verified pedigree or clear taxonomic history, we call them 'No-IDs.' To keep my research as accurate as possible, I only assign official species names when I am 100% certain of their heritage. The rest are simply loved for their unique beauty.
The dashboard below provides a real-time window into the Orchid Management System. It is synchronized directly with the primary botanical registry to provide an at-a-glance view of the collection’s current health and research progress.
🌸 Live Bloom Tracking: The collection status card monitors active bloom cycles. Orchids currently in bloom, bud, or spike are highlighted with an emoji in the registry table.
🚦 Stoplight Care System: The status indicator dots next to each orchid name reflect the urgency of repotting needs. Green indicates a current schedule, Yellow indicates a transition period within 30 days, and Red signals an overdue maintenance event based on historical frequency.
🔍 Interactive Ledger: You can use the search bar to filter the collection by ID, Genus, or specific Orchid Name.
💡 Horticultural Insights: Clicking on any Orchid Name will open its individual Digital Twin ID Ledger, providing access to its specific ancestry, average bloom duration, and comprehensive care history.
📜 System Evolution: Click the "View Changelog" button to review the technical version history and recent automation updates deployed to the management framework.
